For nearly 20 years All Clean 24/7 has been cleaning homes across Dorset & Hampshire building a strong and quality reputation.
For a few years now, All Clean had the desire to move from domestic cleaning contracts to more corporate ones and help support the cleaning of businesses. That’s where we came in. We helped make that a reality by transforming their brand and market position with a fresh identity design, web presence and marketing materials.
We began working with Rosie (owner of All Clean 24/7) in the beginning of 2019 to help her achieve her goals of becoming more commercially focused cleaners. We established that a refreshed look and feel was needed to meet the expectations of her prospective clients. We dove straight in and began researching and planning for the new experience of All Clean 24/7.
It quickly became apparent that other corporate cleaning companies had gone for a very “professional” or “flat” approach to their brand style. We wanted to break that mould and create an identity that brought a level of personality and fun to the company, but still be professional. After chatting this through and looking into the market, it became clear and important to us that one style element of the previous brand identity needed to stay. The Pink! Once we had the new visual style under wraps, we turned our attention to All Clean’s website. We utilised the brand colours and new ‘bubble’ elements to bring life to the site and create a welcoming platform that is capable of attracting and engaging prospective clients. We also chose to move away from WIX, a website builder for very small companies, and into WordPress to give a greater CMS to provide a more customised and professional website design and provide the ability to integrate marketing platforms into it.
We understood that the website would be used as a consideration point for most of All Clean’s prospects in the customer journey and a ‘moment of truth’ in the perceived trust of the company. It was important we kept a strong level of consistency with the perceived quality of the company given to potential prospects with the glowing recommendations on Checkatrade. So we established a clear objective for the user experience of the website; to build confidence in All Clean as a viable and professional business. We created a simple site architecture that would guide users to the different services All Clean provides with options to view testimonials along the way and a clear call to action to get a free quote.
The result has already been incredibly positive with new commercial opportunities presenting themselves to the brand. As the website grows we will share more results about its impact. Watch this space.
